EasyDECON© 200 Mold Killer!

Mould remediation using EasyDECON© 200 is more effective, faster and less expensive.

EasyDECON© 200 destroys toxins such as mould spores, mycotoxins, bacteria and viruses by breaking down their outer shell. It destroys chemicals by going inside and breaking down the chemical bonds between compounds, rendering them inert and biodegradable.

EasyDECON© is Non-toxic, biodegradable, environmentally safe and non-corrosive.

Easy to mix, safe to use and apply, easy to clean up and dispose of.

EasyDECON© can be used to treat all the unknown areas of the ENTIRE structure from the crawl space, HVAC’s to basement, if necessary.

Traditional remediation procedures do not cover all areas affected by water and mold, therefore, re-contamination is likely.

How Much Easydecon© To Order:

(Approximately one 5-gal pail covers 400 – 500 sq. ft. of floor space)

Example: 1,500 sq. ft. house would recommend three 5-gal pails.

MIXING Easydecon:

• Pour the complete contents of EasyDECON© Part 1 container into a mixing container (plastic or glass) large enough to hold all three components once completely mixed.
• Add the complete contents of EasyDECON© Part 2 into the same container as Part 1 and stir the solution until it is thoroughly mixed (15-20 seconds).
• Add the complete contents of the booster container (Part 3) into the mixing container holding Part 1 and Part 2 of EasyDECON© and stir the solution until it is thoroughly mixed (15-20 seconds). The mixture is now ready to apply.

In order to perform properly, EasyDECON© must be properly blended. Specific instructions are included with each container of EasyDECON©, and each kit contains pre-measured quantities of each of the three parts. Users should take care to mix all three parts thoroughly before use. Once you mix the EasyDECON© it is active for 8 hours.

Using Easydecon© For Mould Remediation:

• Wear appropriate PPE (full suits with hood and full face respirator with organic/chemical filter-nitrile gloves).
• EasyDECON© on a mould remediation job can be applied as both a foam for surfaces and fog for airborne mould spores.
• After mixing the EasyDECON© as per the manufacturer’s instructions listed above, pour the mixture into the foamer, sprayer or whatever equipment you use to apply it. The higher the CFM on the foamer the faster and better the foam.
• Start by applying EasyDECON© as foam to all affected surfaces (1/2″ thick).
• After all foaming is completed throughout the entire structure or affected areas, let the foam dwell for a minimum of one hour.
• After the one hour is up, HEPA vacuum residual foam with extracted mold off surface.
• For remediation of airborne mould spores, pour EasyDECON© mixture into fogger.
• Adjust settings on fogger for specified use (heavy mist for exposed wood and very dry for occupied and furnished dwellings).
• Turn on the air handling system fan and remove the filter.
• Begin fogging in each affected room by moving fogger around pointing the fog at the ceilings (10 – 15 minutes per room depending on size of room).
• Once all rooms have been fogged, leave fan on.
• Wait 4 hours before re-occupying the dwelling.
• Mold Remediation is completed! Ready for testing!

DEMOLITION: Removal and disposal of all structural components that are damaged by water/mold should be done prior to applying EasyDECON©:

• Cabinets if affected or badly damaged or to get behind to the drywall.
• Paneling if contaminated on both sides
• Carpeting and padding if completely damaged by water or mold.
• Insulation if paper backing.
• Trim if badly damaged by water or mold on both sides
• Drywall or plaster if badly damaged by water or mold.

NOTE: Drywall or plaster does not have to be removed. Mold will not grow through it or in it only on it. Tack strips can be foamed and cleaned as well as paneling if only surface mold on one side only.

DISPOSAL OF EasyDECON©: Once all three components have been mixed together, the oxygen content in part two has been diluted to 3.95%. Adding water to the mixed solution at a 2:1 ratio and allowing the diluted solution to sit for 8 hours, will degrade the solution to a safe level. The diluted solution is now safe to dispose of by flushing down the drain.

WARNING: EasyDECON© is safe to fog in a finished residence for all surfaces. Some delicate items may need to be covered or removed prior to fogging with EasyDECON©.
